Data we process
When you contact us, we process the contact details and information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message.
The web server may process technical data such as IP address, browser, time and requested page for security and troubleshooting. Your theme and consent choices are stored locally in your browser.
If you accept analytics, we may process page views, traffic source, device type, interactions, scroll depth and masked session recordings. Analytics does not start before you consent.

Purposes and legal bases
We process contact data to respond to enquiries, take steps before entering into a contract and manage business relationships. Security logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Analytics is processed based on your consent.

Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed on our behalf by providers of hosting, email and analytics. We do not sell personal data. After you consent, analytics data is processed by PostHog in PostHog Cloud EU, with data stored in Frankfurt, Germany.

Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as needed for the conversation or business relationship and afterwards only while a legitimate or legal need remains. Technical logs are limited to what is needed for security and troubleshooting. Consent choices remain valid for no more than twelve months before we ask again.
