Cookies & storage
We use as little storage as possible. Necessary choices work without tracking. Analytics is activated only if you explicitly accept it.

What we store today
yellion-theme is stored in localStorage when you choose light or dark mode. It is used only to remember your choice and remains until you clear site data.
yellion-consent-v1 stores whether you accepted analytics, when you made the choice and the policy version. The choice remains valid for no more than twelve months.
02
Necessary storage
Theme and consent settings are needed for features you request and are not used for profiling or marketing. They can therefore be used without analytics consent.
03
Analytics
When you accept analytics, PostHog Cloud EU is loaded. We measure information including page views, traffic sources, device type, interactions, scroll depth and contact clicks. Session recordings may be used to understand where visitors get stuck; all input fields are masked.
PostHog uses first-party storage with PostHog-prefixed keys in localStorage and cookies to distinguish anonymous visits and sessions. Analytics data is stored in the EU and retained for no more than twelve months. PostHog is not loaded and creates no analytics storage before you accept analytics.
04
Marketing
We currently use no advertising pixels or targeted marketing technologies. If this changes, we will add a separate consent choice before any such technology is loaded.
05
Change your choice
You can open Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it. You can also clear the storage in your browser settings.
